A rarity on two fronts, it features a very hard to find pale turquoise floral pattern with an airbrushed design and it also contains a handwritten number on back, which is pretty unusual for restaurant ware. Given that it's a rare pattern with handwritten markings, we suspect that this might have been a test plate and or
