It is ideally suited to Japans humidity thanks to its natural resistance to powdery mildew, downy mildew, and botrytis. Its thin red skins, large grapes, and distinctive candied aroma make in an ideal candidate for light red wines. The skins were fermented for 9 days and then pressed. The grapes were racked once
