In the wild, Asarum sieboldii can be found on forested mountain slopes in Korea and the adjacent Liaoning Province of China. The upright, 6" fuzzy green leaves are held in pairs, forming an attractive evergreen clump. At the base of the leaf pairs are small dark purple flowers that appear in mid spring. Asarum sieboldii is very easy to grow in
