A well preserved Deutsche Arbeitsfront (German Labour Front DAF) factory flag, constructed of a weather hardened cotton twill cloth base, trimmed along three edges with a silver aluminum wire fringe (reflecting manufacture from 1937 onward), the upper hoist corners featuring double sided triangular brown wool patches bearing chain stitched white inscriptions of KEMPTEN I (presumably Kempten im Allgu) above a
