Constructed of carmine wool with a buckram core, trimmed by off white piping, bearing a machine embroidered silver aluminum wire insignia in the form of three oak leaves and acorns with a Wolfsangel, measuring 43 mm (w) x 59 mm (l), with mothing, in fair condition.
