Indeed, for years she and her husband Herbert Levine created and sold shoes that decorated the feet of posh women from First Ladies to Hollywood stars in high fashion stores such as Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Harrods of London and many more. Today, many have become highly collectible
