PROCESSING Crushing, destemming and soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation takes place at a temperature of 18C in stainless steel tanks. CHARACTERISTICS Color: Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Aroma: Floral and tropical fruit notes. Taste: Savoury, mineral and persistent.
