The rifled lines were inspired by the Functionalist movement of the 1930s and the organic shape of the blade is a reference to early works by Georg Jensen himself. Swedish Prince Sigvard Bernadotte is the designer behind his namesake collection, and the very first cutlery products were launched back in 1938.
