Chiussuma Carema 2022 Alcohol een sottozona in Oltrepò Pavese100 jaar geleden stond Alto Piemonte mijlen voor op Barolo & Barbaresco, die toen kinderlijk opkeken naar appellaties zoals Boca, Gattinara en Carema. De wereldoorlogen strooiden echter roet in het eten en deze unieke wijnregios gingen nagenoeg verloren. 40000 ha werd herleid tot 500 ha. Maar alles komt altijd terug. En hoe! Barolo en Barbaresco zijn ondertussen wereldbekend en Alto Piemonte zit mee op de wave, wat ons naadloos bij Carema brengt.
