Constructed of black wool, the obverse bearing a machine embroidered multi coloured Latvian national shield, with a machine embroidered white inscription of LATVIJA, unmarked, measuring 52 mm (w) x 62 mm (h), with minor soiling and pulling evident, in near extremely fine condition.
